I just got this number as I relocated and the previous person still gets several calls.  i dont owe anyone so this is harrassing phone calls.  I dont catch the inital call but when i call back and ask to be put on do not call list...they state i called them. I dont know what they want.  I was able to get out of them that they are representing Cash Advance USA.  I asked to be put on do not call list, "Robert Smith from Afgahanistan" stated "I didnt call you" then he had the nerve to ask me if I understand English WTF.  Mr Smith (I know that is not your real name GO THE F _ _ _ home) I was bornin america as were my ancestors.  I may not speak arabic but have no desire to.  HOw do you stop these phone calls?
