I am getting phone calls from this place saying they have a case against me and I will be arrested.  They are all foreign people, sound Asian, not very good English.  They say they are filing a case against me for Cash Advance USA for a payday loan.  I say I don't have a payday loan and they say "are you sure, ever in your life?"  They won't give out any info on them, but they had the name of my bank!  Scary!  I threatened them with the atty general and the law and they have stopped calling me now.  It is a scam 100%!!  Do not give them any info!!
