I started receiving calls from a person with a middle eastern accent since Aug. 31, 2012, and just won't stop. The person that keeps calling me uses the name Eric and different last names. The first time this person calls me he says that he is with the Sheriff's Dept. and is wanting to help me resolve this issue that I owe the company money. Knowing that this is B.S. I called my local police dept and had an officer come out and listen to the message that this person left. We even called the number back (214) 884-8871 this so called Eric Thomas, The Officer listened while I tried to get what Sheriff's Dept this person was in and the location, which I had no luck. So the Officer got on my phone and told the guy that he was the local police this really ticked the guy off. Then yesterday I get a call from (440) 399-2139 and now the guy is using the name Eric Watson and he is from a law firm. Stating that I was am going to be arrested unless I pay this so called loan from Cash Advanced USA. Knowing this is a bogus loan I asked the guy to give me a date and he told me that they don't get that info. Needless to say they guy told me that he was calling my local police to have me arrested.

Now just not too long ago at 4:30pm I get a call from 936-162-1654. So i checked the internet and found reports on here from this number dealing with this same company. No I did not answer the call and I am not answering any further calls from numbers that I do not know. I have also contacted my bank which I explained the what was going on. I have even talk to an officer that I know and he has told me that this is considered harassment communications. I am now think of going and buying a whistle and when this company calls me again I am going to blow that this right into the phone. That will show them. On top of that I hope it makes that person where they won't be able to hear for a little while.
