Cash Call Has anyone actually had Cashcall garnish their wages? Anaheim California

Brendan, sorry to hear about the garnsihment. You said it perfectly in that you buried your head in the sand. Sadly, many here want to argue over interest rates, but Cash Call is not your typical loan. They are high interet rate and when the term "predatory lending" is used you know it really means PREDATORY for a reason. They will hunt you down as you found out and the fees they tack on ,suing you ,as you have found out is a killer. I truly hope you someday get out of this mess. Then please, do not ever use them or credit cards again. Cash works beautifully and so far everyone takes it!

Ginger, please do not let it get that far. They will say anything to scare you, but they will sue you and you will pay so much more in the end. So please know I say this not to get in your face, but as someone trying to help. If you give more info like how long your behind and your original loan amt then maybe I can help you more. At any rate, yes they are quite "sue happy".

If you wait a while, they get past all the nasty calls and you will speak with a "real supervisor" (as opposed to those rude tongues claiming to be), they will offer you a very juicy and lucrative settlement, but you have to keep the settlement agreement, they offer you payments or full amount for the same settlement amount. When I got to this point they were actually very nice. I had to ignore all of the rude calls, and tell my friends to avoid all of the rude calls. They threatened all kinds of horrible things before, but I got to just avoiding the calls.

I've actually had a few cash call loans but I couldn't keep up with my last one. My last loan was for 5,000 I got behind and I made the mistake of burying my head in the sand and trying to ignore it - well, things only got worse...In a nutshell, they took me to court and won and now they take about $400 out of my paycheck every month. If you ignore them they are brutal.

First they have to sue you for the loan. Then they can get a court order to garnish your wages. Imagine would be the loan plus the cost of their legal expenses. Plus the costs incurred while getting the garnishment. Should be on their fee schedule.
