CASH CALL CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ATTORNEY IN CALIFORNIA ANAHEIM, California

A few years ago, I took out a $10,000 Cash Call loan for an emergency. I was paying approximately $336 per month for a period of three years or so. I never saw the loan being paid off to any extent, the amount of the loan kept increasing to over $10,000. Due to financially difficulty, I had stopped paying the loan and defaulted. I kept receiving phone calls and letters from Cash Call, but did not respond, because I didn't want to deal with their unfair practices and high interest rates. They are still writing me, trying to settle; however, their settlement amounts are still in the high range.

I am also a victim of cashcall loan...resident of California, with a loan amount of $5075.00 (excluding $75 since they charged it for an application fee) an interest rate of 115.00%, which will be approx total of $41,188.83 something once I have paid back everything in full to CashCall. I am more than interested in joining to file a class action suit. PLEASE contact me and provide me more information on how to do so. Hope it's not too late.

I took out a loan also through Western Sky which subsequently sold my loan to Cash Call almost immediately upon the settlement of the loan.  I am paying 139% interest which is killing me.  I would very much be interested in joining in on a class action lawsuit againsnt them.  I am a NJ resident.  Hopefully there is a way to contact me through here because I know they redact contact info posted.  The contact info for the people you suggested be contacted in regards to filing a class action suit have been redacted.  I have no way of knowing who you were trying to share for a contact point on this but would be very interested in receiving that information.
