Cashcall constantly call and never leave any messages. They will try to bully you into paying. Just tell them that you are recording the phone conversation with and sometimes they won't say anything because they know they are being recorded. Tell them you want your Attorney to see if this is legal. They pretty much watch what they say to you.

and maybe they wouldn't call you 20 times a day. I've heard alot of bad things about them, but I took out a loan in March for 5K and paid it off at the end of June. I never had any problems with them. Try paying back what you borrowed, and maybe that will get them off your back.
