They are charging me 149% intrest and charged me for fees for paying, then stating I did not pay. I made an extra payment towads principal and they guaranteed me it would go to principal, and it was applied to intrest. Also after the cease and desist order was issued they are still charging me intrest.

No matter when you call or call about they are the most sarcastic customer service individuals.
