Ok I guess you seen the commercial with the two midgets greg and jerry rice on realestate, and how easy it is to do. So i called and went to the free seminar and I like most people got very excited. Then the price of the 3 day 8 hour class was $495 dollars, I signed up that day because it seemed like a good deal because I assumed the company as named "CASH FLOW GENERATOR" which I gave my money to would be doing the training.

One month went by and I was off and very excited to go to day 1 of the 3 day training, but soon as I arrived at the banquet hall where the class is to take place, on the big projector screen I seen the name "WHITNEY" my heart sank because everybody by now should know to stay away from anything dealing with RUSS WHITNEY.

Ok so the class starts and our instructor named Bob venter when on and on about how this 3 day 8 hour course would not be enough time to teach us about everything we need to know, I knew then I wasted money and time BOB VENTER went on about how many credit cards he had and what you need to do to get one so you could pay them the whitney group more money. Needless to say after day one did not return.OH yeah almost forgot we got to take a lot of worthless notes on realestate.
