Cash Flow Kit Online Fraud Internet

I recently had my email and debit card information stolen from me and used on this website, this is not a review on the site itself but on their customer service and how they refuse to help me or refund my money.  I got the charge on my bank account three days after someone created the fake account under my name and upon calling the first thing the gentleman tells me is that I only had 24 hours to cancel the account. I tried explaining that it was a fraudulent account and that I didn't receive the charge until days later and wished to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. When calling back lady asked the same questions about my "account" and told me everything matched up and she couldn't refund me my money.  I asked for a supervisor she gave him my number to call back. I didn't receive a call until nearly 9PM that night.  I don't know about normal people but I was busy with my family at that time and didn't pick up the call. The number he called from was a dummy number which when called back says this number isn't in service.  The phone number magically also matched my area code even though I've seen other reviews online saying they're based out of Arizona.  I called back the next day and immediatly told the girl I needed a supervisor to call me and I would not give her any information.  I told her to make sure he called me BEFORE 9PM, naturally he called me 15minutes after 9.  After explaining my horrible experience with his call center and my situation he refused to refund OR CANCEL the account on file and continued to pitch me this get rich in two weeks bs and when I told him I needed everything deleted from their system and refunded he said no.  I asked if they had a fraud department, he said "yes but our corporate office deals with that".  I asked for their phone number and he refused to give it to me saying that he was just as authorized as them to do anything and can't refund my account.  I asked why he wouldn't give me their number and he kept repeating the same thing and ended up hanging up on me. I tried calling back and again fake number.  I am filing the dispute forms with my bank but still after reading these other reviews this website is RIDICULOUS.  They not only are taking people's money but also charging their cards under false names.  On my bank statement they are listed as a charge of $79 under "EDUHELP.COM" which isn't what they are.  I'm pretty sure that is illegal cash-flow-kit.
