After getting the money pak and giving the numbers to her she assured me that my money would be in my account in 5 mins but I had to be transferred to her supervisor to finalize the loan. He proceeded to tell me that I had to send them $180 more for insurance in case I ever missed a payment I would be covered by the insurance. I told him I wasn't sending in any more money& I wanted a refund. I was told that I would receive a refund in 3 days.

I called green dot & told them that I had not given my number to anyone and my account was $0 balance. She said she would investigate this and get back with me.The same day, Jenny called me and said that I would receive a refund from them and a letter from green dot.Now every time I call and give them my name they hang up on me.
