cash net marketing department of law and investigation This has to be a scam Internet

Some guy named Officer Jeff Austin with a foreign accent called me stating that I had taken out a payday loan in April 2010 and refused to pay that I will be taken to court and loose my job in 48 hours if I did not resolve this issue with him today. First of all I did not take out a payday loan in April of this year and second, he did not want to give me the name of the so called company that I supposedly got the cash advance from. He proceeded to hang up on me which I guess is that was supposed to intimidate me. I called back and got a bunch of people with foreign accents who tried to talk fast so that I couldn't understand them but I made them slow down. Someone needs to do something about this.
