cash net marketing department of law and investigation i received a phone call from a david smith telling me i was being prosecuted for internet fraud, check fraud and falsifyiying documents. alamedo, California

i received a phone message from an officer david smith telling me to call back immediatedly to discuss the charges against me.  When I called him back he told me i was being charged with internet fraud, check fraud and falsifying documents.  I asked him who was saying I did this he told me cash net marketing.  So I asked him for a phone number he told me it was confidential.  I replied by saying how can it be confidential when it is regarding me. He told me if i didn't pay back the money i owed i would be prosecuted and i asked when and how i received this money he told me it was confidential.  so i searched on the internet and called a bunch of different places that were called cash net and they all told me they didn't know what i was talking about and they have never heard my name before.  So once again he called and i told him i wanted documentation on all of this he told me i will receive it on monday in the mail with all of the court dates and times to appear for my court case.  So i finally found this website and read all of the other reports and now feel much better that i know it is all a bunch of crap.  I was actually really scared i thought how could this happen to me i have never been in trouble before in my life.  thank you very much for this website.  I will wait and see if i ever receive anything in the mail and take it to my local authorities.  THANK YOU VERY MUCH
