Cash Net USA / Hudson Law Firm Austin TX/Officer Mike Johnson Confirmed Rip Off- I have no account with Cash NetUSA, never had a loan with them. Austin Texas

July 16,2009 My friend and sister-in-law recieved phone calls from a Officer Mike Johnson from the Hudson Law Firm claiming to represent CashNetUSA. I did inquire about a loan from them but did not take out any loan whatsoever. My friend and sister-in law were listed as references and were contacted by these people, stating that I was guilty of crimes including internet fraud, theft by deception and bank fraud.

I called the number they gave to my friend (512-501-2350) which they claim is the Hudson Law Firm. They demanded that I pay $689.00 for prinicpal and interest on a $589 loan. I called the Hudson lawfirm in Austin, they are patent attorneys and have no knowledge of CashNetUSA.

I called CashNetUSA and they do have a record of my inquiry about a loan. They recieved my information from a WEB based company called Partner Weekly, which has my application information that I submitted. CashNetUSA confirmed that I do not owe them any money and in fact I never have had a loan with them.

This collection agency is a fraud, do not allow them to threaten you. They do have all of my personal information, they have my address, SSN, bank account number and date of birth and I now have a big problem with identity theft. THis was supposedly a secure web site. Call your bank right away and protect yourself. Contact your police department as they may have an internet fraud department to help you.
