Today I started receiving text messages from an individual claiming to be Robin Smith from state investigations department. This person is trying to say I have taken a 550 dollar internet payday loan from cashnetusa. I did not apply for nor did I receive such a loan from this company. Cashnetusa is threatening me with contacting my employer and a bench warrant.

I have checked my bank account and there was not at any time a deposit from this company. I will be contacting my bank so they are aware that this is a fraud attempt and not to issue any funds to this company if they try.

I wish that payday loans were not needed by hard working individuals but so understand unforseen circumstances may occur making a loan a need. Please use caution when applying for these loans. cashnetusa is a scam.

Cash Net Usa Benjamin Taylor I was trying to get a personal loan. They had me buy 2 different gift cards with 100.00 on each card to prove i had money to make the first payment when due. They then took the card number. Put me on hold for 20 minutes. When they got back on the phone they said that the loan money would be in my account in 20 minutes. Then proceeded to tell me that i have to pay 350.00 for an insurance for the loan.  Nationwide
