I have been getting all kinds of calls from payday loan companies.... (I have never had a payday loan)...

I had to close my bank acct and credit accts because of fraud on them...........

THIS company has been the worst so far.

A man with a thick indian accent calls and says that I am being sued and if i dont comply will be arrested either at home or my place of business.

I stopped him at this point, demanding to know what he is talking about.... he cannot explain so i can understand his "Engrish"...... he puts another guy on..... I said to him "When someone is sued, they deliver you and serve you papers, they do not call you on the phone. You are not the state attorney's office." he argues that he is... and asks me what makes me say that "Gee maybe that it sounds like a call center in India?" he is offended (good!).

Do not be bullied by these jackasses. I am filing complaints with the FTC.

Cash Net USA I keep receiving scam email stating that I owe money for a payday loan that I never applied for nor received. The amount keeps changing every time the emails are sent and so does the company.They have been threatening to take money from my employer,warrants ,etc. Internet
