I Tina Starr, live in Ohio, was scammed out of $ 632. I called cashnet usa, looking for a loan, for my daughters dental bill. They told me that I was approved for $2,000, only if I agreed to pay 10%. So I agreed they had me go get a green dot card and put $209 on it. I called them gave the card number to them, then they comtinued to tell me I had a red flag on my IRS file and had to pay another $210 on another green dot card. I agreed, only because I needed this money for my daughter's dental bill. I called again gave them the card number then they told me they had to transfer me to someone in the IRS department. Once I got transfered they asked for another $90. I asked if for sure that I was guarnteed my loan after this I was told that it would be transfered. So I did then it was $123 they needed, I again asked how do I know I will get the money, Frank Martin promised I would get it, just to check my account in 6 hours. To my surprise it was not in my bank account and when I called they said I owed another $184. I got loud and went off told them, thenks to them I and my 2 children have lost everything and we are now living in my car that is soon to be repoed.

You were scammed

This is the famous "Advance fee" scam. No real lender will EVER ask you for money up front to secure a loan. You will never see that money again because of how you sent it. It's untraceable. Unfortunately you now have to deal with what these lowlife's did to you.
All I can say to you for future reference is that if you try to get money for a payday loan (which most are illegal anyway) and they ask for a "good faith" upfront payment, run away! They are a scam and illegal!
