It's been 11 days now since they received the supplies I sent in and I have yet to receive my PayPal payment. I never had any problem with them in the past when I used them. Can't reach anyone by telephone, finally was able to leave a message, no response. Lengthy wait for email reply and then told accounting was behind on payments and I would be updated when payment sent.
