I had applied for a personal loan.

David copper has not stopped calling my phone all hours and night leaving threating voice mails, sending threating text and sending threading emails. He claims I recieved money from him and it was deposted into my count. ( it was never deposted into my count) I never agreed or signed anything with him. I have reported this to my bank and closed that account and opened a new one along with a new debt card. I didn't want to take any chances of fraud.
