I'm in the payday loans trap!!. getting a new one to pay off others due to needing money for my car breaking down and had no other means to get a normal loan. I kept getting monies taken out of my checking account from payday loans companies charging me fees to apply but not getting approved.
I am in over my head with about 7 payday loans I am trying to pay back. I contacted this company a week before I planned to close my bank account so that these other companies would stop debiting my account. I told them the following week I will get a new account number but that was the biggest mistake I made!! ( aside from taking payday loans). They went ahead anyway
and try to debit my account....countless times!!....and then of course I was responsible for their fees and late fees and others fees...I am glad I did not give them my new account info!!!
I received horrible calls from a Mr. Black, who never seems to answer the callback, and I get someone else. I worked out a plan to pay 1/2 (312.00) and the next month send the other half with someone called Kathy. The loan was for 400.00 with all their fees it went up to 624.00!! I sent the first half by Moneygram before my other was due. My wages were attached!! My employer is taking out 15% to pay back something that I already worked out. I had no notice of this garnishmenti!!nothing!! Only when I checked my paystub that I see the garnishment.
Was this even legal for them to do this!! I am so afraid because I am in payday loan h**l!! I managed to work out some payment plans but others want it all now!! HELP!! any advise out there!!

I totally agree with you. I also have had problems with this CTC. They have absolutely no means of customer service satisfaction; nor do they offer any reprive to their customers.
I contacted them yesterday evening concerning my account, and this Mr. Bruce started with threatenting to contact my payroll department, and he had papers ready, etc. I asked him exactly what that means to me, he REFUSED to answer my question. Telling me only that it is all in my contract, I told him I did not find it, again he refused my questions, and actually told me he 'didn't have time to read me my contract word for word.'
I informed him that he had plenty of time for all of his harrassment and phone calls, he certainly should have time to answer my questions, read my contract or whatever I needed to answer my questions.

I called my payroll dept and they said they had a letter of wage attachment and an electronic signature agreeing to this!!!...How could they get away with this.....
Please any one out there who is expieriencing this same issue..let me know your outcome also.......I don't know what to do!!..
