Cash Transfer Centers is not licensed in NM. Section 31-19-1 (B) NMSA 1978 states that Any contract or loan in the making or collection of which any act is doen that violates Subsection A or D of this section is void and the lender has no right to collect, receive or retain any principal, interest or charges whasoever.

I spoke with a Cheryl Smith, who was terrible, she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with! I would never recommend CTC, no matter how desperate you are!!
