Cash Yes Repeated phone calls and hangups, When I returned a call I couldn't get the reason for a criminal complaint against me. Internet

Repeated calls from number 760-624-8866. When I finally decided to answer the call, I wasl told by someone with an Indian or Pakistani accent that he was from the California State Attorney's Office as a paralegal and that a criminal complaint was being filed against me today. There were a number of voices in the background.

I said what for? The paralegal said he would read the affidavit I signed (I don't recall this) and he would read the complaint to me but it was a recorded line and if I interrupted he would hang up. Well, I was nervous and I kept asking just tell me what the complaint is. He hung up. I called him back and he said I interrupted when he said not to interrupt and he would read the complaint to me at court. The sheriff will be coming to your home to arrest you. Then he hung up on me.

I took out a $200 loan from this company and the due date for payment is May 16th, 20013 so the complaint couldn't be that I did not pay. The company has the last 4 digits of my social security number. The payment will be debited from my account in full (I'm not sure right now what the interest will be.)

I went to the police in my town who told me to look up complaints against this company online and I have done that. I see many complaints.
