CashAdvanceAmerica,Dan Martin, Daniel Gray, Daniel Cartain Fraudulent e-mails were sent. Representing themselves as working for this company. Washington DC and New York City Nationwide

I was contacted by phone initially by a man named Daniel Johnson, who claimed to be from CashAdvance America. He offered me  a loan I told him , I was NOT interested.  A week later I was sent an e-mail, supposedly from Daniel Johnson outlining the details of the loan offer, including a loan number, the amount of the loan , the number of repayments and a signature page.  I immediately did a reverse lookup on the phone number. Double checked the e-mail address by expanding it. Then I came to ripoff.com to check on scams using this companies name. DO NOT RESPOND  to these e-mails. When you call the number , it goes to voicemail asking you to leave your contact information, The voice on the other end is NOT American. I immediately went to Cash Advance America's website.  They have a scam link , which directs you to the FTC and also provides their legitimate comments phone number.  I called them this morning after receiving the second e-mail and have forwarded the e-mails to them. They also advise contacting local law enforcement.  Hoping this report will encourage others to do as  I have done and stop these criminals before they cause any more harm.  To those already hurt by these people , you have my sympathy and I wish you luck in getting any monies you have paid returned. I listened to my gut instinct and checked these people out. Thankyou Ripoff for being there to check.
