I sent all required documents for my voucher claim #US 35 375906 for a sewing machine which I purchased on 2/16/05. My claim was delivered by Certified Mail on 1/17/08 and had a return delivery signature on 1/31/08, accepted by a Ronald K. Gooding.
I have received no rebate nor any correspondence regarding this claim as of today (3/24/08). I believe that I complied with all the requirements of the claim as stated on their cashback condition.
At the time I purchased purchased my Janome sewing maching, the merchant here in Iowa encouraged me to purchase a $1,500 sewing table along with it (since it would be reimbursed back to me within 35 months). Thank goodness, I did not make that purchase, since it looks like I may not receive anything.
