Cashforiphones.com Quoeted a fair price for a cell phone, then after receiving the phone offered a fraction of the quote and then were very difficult to contact., then Sparks Nevada

I contacted cashforipones.com to sell my iphone 5.  They offered $197 - the phone was in perfect condition having been in a Otter Defender case all of its life.  They sent me a package and I mailed the phone to them.  They then advised my by e-mail that they would be sending me $29.  No expanation or apology other than market conditions.  I checked on the internet and they again offered me $197 for an iPhone 5.  I e-mailed them but they did not repond. I tried to call but was always put on hold for 30 minutes, then told to call back later and was disconnected.

This organization is guilty of the crime of theft by deception and all associated with it should be prosecuted.
