cashforapples Try to use other alternatives instead of Cashforapples ,Laptop and Desktop Repair, Cashforiphones Internet

I recently decided to sell my iPhone 5. Both AT&T and Gazelle offered me $190 and $186 respectively. Since my phone was in excellent condition, I decided to go with the offer of $113 made by " Cashforapples ". I received an email a week later that they would pay me $83 for my phone. I immediately sent an email saying that it was unacceptable and that I want my phone back. Their response was to send me a phone number to speak with a representative. Getting through it was next to impossible- if you are on hold for more than 7 minutes, the system hangs up on you. It took me over a week to reach a person who basically said that there was nothing they could do about it.

They mentioned that my iPhone 5 was now worth even less on the market. I did receive my check for $83. If I had used Gazelle or AT&T three weeks ago, I would have received at least $190. BEWARE of this company! It is astonishing how they can get away with this!!!!
