cashforipads gave me an online quote of $215 for two Samsung Galaxy phones. They sent me a box and as directed, I mailed the two phones to them. A week later, I received an email saying their technicians finished evaluating the phones and the new quote if $120 in total for the two phones. Soon after, a check for the same amount was received in the mail. I called and asked them to cancel the check and return my phones because I had higher local offers.
