CashForlaptops Do not trade with cashforlaptops.com ever Sparks Nevada

I was quoted $167 for my iphone 5 which was in pristine condition (I put it on a lifeproof case the day I got it) and this offer was much higher than any other offers I got. So, I decided to go with them. About a week later, I got an email stating that my phone was only worth $50!!! FIFTY DOLLARS?! down from $167?! are you kidding me?! After looking into it, I found that the terms and conditions state that you have the right to reject the offer and get your phone back within 3 days. I immediately called and emailed them.

Their call center is an absolute joke.. they place you on hold to talk to someone in the 'purchasing' department and after 10 minutes hang up on you!!!!! After 5 attempts of trying to talk to someone, I gave up. I did, however, get some automated email stating that someone would get back to me, but that didn't happen. Stay away from cash for laptops.com!!!!
