I accepted their online offer for my Samsung Galaxy S II for 200 dollars. They shipped the box for it and I received it in two days as stated. Sent the phone to them and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get the phone. Got several emails stating that they were trying to contact me and finally I got a call today. They let it ring once then hung up!! I called them back and they dropped my offer from 200 down to 55 dollars because of depreciation of the phone and the heavy amount of scratching done to the phone. The phone had been in an otter box case since the day that I walked out of the store with it!! I told them to send me back my phone and they tried to up the offer to 65 dollars! I told them no that there was nothing wrong with this phone and I wanted it back because I can get more from it!
