I was contacted in back in Aug 2007 by a person named Don L. Vinyard, who turned me over to a person named Jad Wayne Morris. Jad told me he obtained my name from a company called MoneyWayz, which I had invested in, and told me he could help me get my money back. I invested 15,000.00 with him and never made a dime.

He told me that he had worked for Cashinginonauctions and Blue chip Marketing Group and had quite because they were lying to there customers.

Around the 1st of 2008 I was also contacted by a person named Robert Aguayo who said that Jad Morris had worked for him and Jad had been fired from cashinginonauctions. Like a sucker I believed them and invested another 15,000.00. I have not received penny one from them. I have been given bad checks, promised a better website, and many other lies.

BBB list Robbie Mann, President or Blue Chip Marketing Group and states this organizfation is not a BBB Accredited business.

Too bad there is not a way for all of the people who have taken by these people can not get together and sue them all. Please call 909-440-6012 and leave your info.

Hello Ray,
There has been several things that have happened between us that was beyond my control regarding the circumstances where your money has been concerned. We have had several business campaigns together and every one of them you were never promised money. Some of the campaigns you purchased were not sold by me but from others such as Robert Aguayo, Ivan Wilcox, Robbie Mann and Mark Knight. Is every one of us scam artists?? Maybe there were things required on your part that was never done which created a result of no money. The traffic/targeted visitors, search engines, email blasts, TV commercials and radio links do not guarantee income or success just exposure. What I find most interesting is you have failed to mention the $50,000.00 you have been refunded through my help on marketing campaigns and contracts signed by your own signatures not obligating you to receive any money back. Not to mention another $10,000.00 on another advertising campaign purchased through Ivan Wilcox from a different company u participated in that I am in the process of helping you with right now. Most people wouldn't help you at all due to your actions with all of the threats made and endless complaints displayed on the internet and the falsified slanders created against me that are unnecessary. But then again I am not most people and understand what it is like to lose money from other companies and realize you are human like anyone else and have feelings too. Sometimes when we are angry about something and we have nobody to talk to we vent to deal with our situations we face. All I have ever done in everything we have ever done is give you advice and an education on how to make yourself money and exposure to others about your business on the internet. I cannot guarantee any income in anything we do unless I do the work for you. But why would I do all the work for you instead of just myself and make me money?? Your accusations don't add up and you know it Mr. Bowman. Take care and call me if you need anything.

I have talked to Jad Morris since the report that I listed with ripoff Report. Jad explained to me the circumstances of his business and the problems he had. Jad has offered to reimburse me for the losses I had. I hearby wish to withdraw my complaint. ( It does not take much of a person to make a mistake but a good one to admit it), Jad has convinced me that this is the case in our relationship.

Ray please take the time to review the terms and conditions policies that are listed in your members area along with on our main website www.bluechipmarketinggroup.com or on the owned program site www.cashinginonauctions.com. We clearly state our terms and conditions surrounding third party marketers such as the two gentlemen issued in your complaint. We tried to respond to you via the number you posted however it is disconnected. You made a claim in your complaint of receiving bad checks from us. I challenge you to provide my company with proof that you had gotten a bad check from my company.
For those who are reading please make sure you fully understand all terms and conditions surrounding around any purchase that you make with my company. Please understand as well we do not guarentee results or revenue of any kind. It is your job to promote your business. Implementing additional items on your website alone will not guarentee sales. Ray I challenge you to please provide proof of advertising your business. As an obligation of being a customer we will offer help to you. If you are in default of your responsibilities in advertising your business, which it appears you are, then I suggest you idemnify myself and my company immediately beause you are in direct violation of breaching the agreement you have with Blue Chip Marketing Group.

We understand when dealing with a large scale of clients that from time to time a frustrated consumer will excersie his or her right to voice frustration such as this consumer has. We believe that we try to the best of our ability to educate all conumers about all of our products and services offered by Blue Chip Marketing Group along with all terms and conditions predicated around all business matters. Please be sure and educate yourself to all terms and conditions surrounding sales which can be viwed at our main website www.bluechipmarketinggroup.com along with the website program we own www.cashinginonauctions.com. Within those terms and conditions you will find responsiblites of my business along with responsibilities you as a consumer agree to abide by when conduct business with my organization.
Buying a website or fancy marketing tools such as the ones offered to all of our consumers, alone does not guarantee anyone any promises of revenue or profit. This statement is clearly stated on the websites owned by Blue Chip Marketing Group along with all sales invoices signed and dated by our consumers. We strongly encourage you or any consumer not to purchase any of our marketing tools if you have no intentions of ever advertise the business we build for you.
I challenge you or any consumer who has a frustration against myself or my organization to provide proof that you indeed gave yourself the opportunity to advertise your business. For example, if we build you a tv commercial to promote your website and you choose not to air your commercial to broadcast your business then how do you expect to have an opportunity for anyone to see it? How or in what way does that constitute any means of misrepresentation or fraud? Fraud is difined as intentionally trying to inflict harm on someone. We believe we do the best that we can to provide services to all of our customers with the intent to help them have an opportunity to create more public awareness to their customers. When problems occur we attack them. Just like any concern we will do the best that we can to address this issue. Again I strongly urge anyone who is reading this to fully understand all terms and conditions surrounding all sales when you choose to do business with us. When starting a business with the intent to make money risk will always be in play. I challenge you to show me on my websites where I didn't make that very clear. We do not promise to any of our consumers any guarentee of profits or money. If you choose to get a gym membership but you never choose to go to the gym is the gym a fraud because in this scenario you where out of shape? Please make sure when doing business with us you work within what you are comfortable of spending. On an end note you are not required to purchase any additional marketing tools if you choose to buy a website from us. However if you choose to do so as I previously stated be fully aware of your responsibilities along with all refund and or cancellation policies and rights surrounding that purchase.
