cashloanusa/john wilson verify affordability of "so-called" loan manhattan New York

 I applied for a loan online then got multiple calls from John Wilson with cashloanusa. He said I was approved for a $5,000 loan but since there was a new law by the Federal Government they couldn't verify the balance in my checking account and I would have to go to a Walmart store and give the clerk $200 for an "Account Verification Voucher" and then call him with the voucher number and I would immediately be sent the loan documents via e-mail and the $5,000 PLUS THE $200 would be deposited to my checking account within 10 minutes. Of course this gave them enough time to take the funds off of the "voucher" (which was actually a Green-Dot Money Pak). This was supposed to happen with no Fee! Of course my account did not receive a deposit at all and the $200 was gone from the card.
