Cashnet 500 ripoff - Dishonest, Liars, Illegal Threats Murray Utah

I received a payday loan from this company Cashnet500.com, back in 10/2005. I was going through financial difficulties and thought this would help me out. I started paying back the company and I ended up going out on short term disability in November 2005. I defaulted on payments because of this. The company has been harrassing me at work ever day since then. I spoke with a Bill Brown and he offered me a settlement for this for $300.00 which was to be paid in $150.00 bi weekly for two payperiods. He tried all at once to take the $300 which was returned because I did have the money in the account. Cashnet500 tried on the following pay period to withdraw the hole $300 again but they did it in $25.00 increments. All of which were returned because at this point my bank account was so overdrawn because of this. I owe the bank $407.17 in overdraft fees due to this Cashnet500. Things get worse. I was written up at work due to personal calls (from Cashnet500), I told them numerous times not to call me at work. I even emailed them. I spoke with a Bill Brown this week and he told me that he was going to have me arrested on Felony charges for trying to steal the money from them. He had prove that I intentionally closed out my bank account after I received the money from them. I argued back and forth with this company and told them that he can not harrass me at work. He disagrees, I told him that he can not have me arrested on felony charges and to tell me that he is going to is ILLEGAL.. He said to me he was going to contact my payroll department and tell them that I am not paying my bills and Do I have a drug, gambling or alcohol problem. He went ahead and left a voicemail on my boss's mailbox and said that I need to take care of my bills. I CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MY STATE AND ALSO A CONSUMER LAWYER WHO IS NOW HANDLING MY CASE. WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO TO PEOPLE IS UNBELIEVABLE. I AM GOING TO DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY ISN'T ALLOWED TO DUE BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF CT. I HOPE OTHERS LEARN FROM THIS. DO NOT USE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANIES THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, HARRASS. THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO GET THE MONEY FROM YOU.
