Cashnet, American Legal - leaving threatening messages and harassing people at work, giving out personal information Internet

On 6/2/2010 I received a call from Joseph, of CASHNET, at my place of work. I never verified that I was the person requested, but was able to get information from Joseph of a personal nature. When I explained he was calling a work phone he stated that the cell phone was not working, so he knew it was a work number. I then told him that it was illegal to pass information to people about other people he said I just want to speak to Janice Barnes. I asked to speak with his supervisor. When the supervisor got onto the phone, he said his name was Gary, he told me that he wanted to speak to Janice Barnes, I asked if he was aware that he had called a workplace and that his employee was giving out personal information about Janice Barnes to someone that was not yet confirmed to be Janice Barnes and that doing so was illegal. He told me to Shut up, he could even give out information about Obama.

When I left work I had two messages on my cellphone both stated that this was Joseph from Cashnet and American Legal (very difficult to understand, thick indian accent) and that if I didn't call the number (which doesn't work) or have my lawyer call that all he can do is wish me luck for my safety.
