Cashnet Kevin Pinto Went into my account and had on hold 1000 in my checking and 1000 in my saving and stole the money that was mine. Left my account with an overdraft balance of $872.00 California Internet California

Cashnet did this to me and I hope no one else is taken advantage of.

1. Put $1000 into my account of their money.  Then had me to take the money out and put it on Itune cards.  I did it I needed a loan for $3000.00.

2.  The next day he stated that he would put $2000 in my account I stated I would not do it and he stated that i would.  At that time he had $1000 in my checking and $1000 in my saving and wanted me to use Itune cards again I said no.  He was angry.  I told hom for get it I would get the monwy another way.

3.  He took the money that I had which was approximately 150 dollars and took the money off hold and then got 800 dollars whic I did not have and left my account $872.00 over drawn.

4.  Now I could lose an account that I have had for 4 years in good standing.  I called him a con artist. Everything was done over the internet, text messages and emails.  I never signed any papers and kept asking for the papers and he stated they would be sent it never happen but was able to over draw my account.  I am furious that I was taken like a fool. And I am on a fixed income and I told him that because I needed to make sure I could make the payments.
