Cashnet500 ripoff dishonest frauduleent billing Nationwide

I was short on cash, so I received infomration on the internet about receiving a loan from cashnet500, I received paperwork which I had to sign and send in my personal info like my bank account # my work info and my social security #. I faxed this info over and they in turn instructed me to fill out the necessary paper work in order to receive the $350.00 all paperwork was signed and fax back. One of the req. paper(s) was the application supplement which I opt for decline refinancing.

I started noticing that they did not take the repayment out only $150.00 every payday which was not the agreement since I did not want refinancing. I called and they said they did not get that sheet of paper. This was a required as part of the loan. now they have had time to take the $350.00 all at once from my account and have started calling stating I owe $1,059.00 I have made arrangement to pay back the $350.00 plus. the $170.00 fee. The problem is that they keep trying to take only $150. out of my account instead of the total. I asked my bank to stop payment on the $150.00 since was not part of the agreement.

Now every day they call at home, at work, on my cell phone. I let them know I will pay $520.00 on the april the 10th of 2004.
