Contacted msg return Mark Stone at 484-244-2322, Allentown, PA, and later Anthony Williams.  Caller ID unknown with 610-713-8130, Philadelphia, PA.  Msg indicated legal action would be taken by court next few days.  When contacting Mr. Stone they were demanding payment of a transaction from 2008/09, which was not oweing by me.  I requested further contact info to resolve this obvious error, as debt was paid and any fees due.  They would not provide any info, but asked could I prove not oweing.  Positively, YES!  I told Mr. Williams not to hang up on me, but he disconnected.  I had indicated to both men when I called that this was very upsetting to me, and I wanted to resolve their collection error.

Rebuttal to Ex-Employee, Steve - Lombard, February 2011

AUTHOR: MJ - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 13, 2011

HEY! - The initial report and comment was almost a year ago, and collection callers would not say for whom they were soliciting for or by a designaged company.  You are assuming my circumstances, and as stated, there was nothing outstanding at that time with anyone.  Certainly their threats very upsetting, and attempted to research whomever to cease their further harrassment.

CASHNETUSA Is not calling you

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 13, 2011

The company "harassing" people is NOT CashNetUSA, or any of the Pay Day
Loan companies. It is a SCAM by foreigners trying to get people who have
taken out loans online or even applied online to give them money. These
are the same people who use email scams to have people wire them
money.  Most companies have internal collections because they want to
keep the customer and are willing to work with them. The fact that you
can BARELY understand these people didn't tip you off? Look up fraud
collectors online people. And use SOME common sense. My guess is your
credit is so bad you don't even want to call CASHNETUSA to see if you
even owe them. go to the website and get their phone number. Then call
them and report the fraud. The payday loan companies are all working to
prevent these and have set up hotlines to help consumers. People, use
your heads.

Big SCAM

AUTHOR: Stacey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 31, 2010

That is all it is - don't call them and when they call you tell them you know it is a scam and hang up (I am going to go out on a limb here and say they spoke with thick Indian accents)
