cash net usa .com. is still sending me e-mails. stating i owe them money. they are saying they are issuing a arreast warrent for me owing money. i sent them e-mail,s stating i have never done bussiness with them. but they are still sending me thereating e-mails.

The problems you describe are due to you being contacted by a scam artist pretending to be CashNet USA. The company is legitimate and does not operate in the manner you describe. Stop answering their emails, texts, phone calls! If they call and leave a message don't return the call. Whoever is contacting you is not the real company!

All transactions are spelled out clearly as you go through the Agreement process and Electronic Signature. Unfortunately, you have been taken advantage of by people who are in no way connected with CashNet USA.

Going forward it is up to each of us consumers to verify who it is we're doing business with. In the future please also ensure you go directly to the website before giving any personal or bank information. I've done business with them repeatedly over several years and have never had a problem. Not even one.

Note: As I look over the other complaints it appears that everyone has dealt with scammers--not the real company. I notice, too, CashNet USA has not authored one rebuttal--because they do not do business this way. Please go to their website to read carefully all their disclosures, terms, and conditions.
