cashnetusa Jack Brown fraudulent accusation of loan and arrest threat

This morning I received an email from Cashnetusa.co, specifically Jack Brown.  They claimed I took out an online payday loan in the amount of $350.  They said the monies were deposited in my TCF bank account in 2012.  I was threatened with arrest (specifically stated I'd be detained for 72 hours)if I didn't respond today with a payment of $850.  They claimed they have a law suit against me in the amount of $13,428.15.   There were a couple minor problems with this story--lol.  I called my bank and A) I opened my account TWO YEARS after the loan they claimed I took out.  My account opened in June of 2014.  They claimed the monies were deposited into my account in 2012.  B) There NEVER was ANY deposit from CASHNETUSA into my account C) I even went as far as seeing if I ever had ANY DEPOSIT in the amount of $350--I never have had for that exact amount D)  Payday loans BECAME ILLEGAL 18 MONTHS prior to the loan I was accused of taking out.  In fact, if this was a legitemate loan, they would have been breaking the law and could be arrested.  These people are scumbucket vulchers.  If they contact you, do the research I did to prove them wrong, then OUT THEM.  I replied back to them with all the research I have done this morning and have yet to receive a response.  Be careful out there
