I sent 100 One Touch Ultra diabetes test strips to cashnowoffer.com. They were delivered on December 21, 2017. They were supposed to pay me $47 via PayPal within days.

To date, no payment and they refuse to answer emails or voicemail messages. A popup on their website apologized for "delays over the holidays" and is signed by Jonathan Avila, owner/CEO.

I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office.
