Cassia Mountain Loan Center is a very difficult place to deal with. Their employees are clueless, rude, don't have straight answers and are not helpful. They charge a horrendeous fees and never give you the right information. They call your work, talk to your co Paid my loan in full. They keep asking for more money. Don't provide me with any information about my payments. Call my work and talk to my co-workes, harrass me and threate me. Orem Utah

 I borrowed $200 from Mountain Loan Center. Every time I made a payment I was still receiving a call saying that I was late on my payment. I told them everytime they called that I already have made a payment. One time I called and asked how much was for me to pay for the full amount owned. They gave me the amount and I paid over the phone. Than they called me again when I was with my son at the ICU at the hospital and not even thinking that I already paid in full, I made another payment. Then I realized that I shouldn't have any more payment so I called and asked for a break down on my bill. Didn't received it. Send a couple faxes to the number I was told by the office  and never received the document requested. They kept calling my work and leaving a message with my co-workers. I asked them to stop doing that. Than they started calling my daughter. After several calls and arguments with thei customer services representatives, I told them to stop calling me until I receive the break down on my account. They kept calling and started to ignore their calls. Today they called my work and told my co-workers that If I didn't call until 4:00 pm something bac was going to happen. My co- worker called me very worried and wanted to know what was going on. She thought they were going to come and beat me up. I had to call my co-worker and tell her not to worry about and that i was talking to an attorney about it.

I called the attorney and was advised to to the same thing I have been doing. Ignore their calls and ask them to stop calling my work and give me the break down on my account.

I wrote a letter and I am sending to them with a registered mail so I can have a signature to prove that they received it.

No one should do business with them. Their business is a scam. Their employees idiots. Nobody there has  professionalism. They are there to get your money and that is all.

Take your business somewhere  else.
