Christine Alexander has never been an employee. She and her husband Bruce, has harassed and slandered very good and honest people. The reason behind all this is because the Halleck's would not give Bruce $2000.00 to get Christine Alexander out on bail. We agree with the Hallecks, that no one should get drunk, and get in a brawl at a bowling alley where there are young kids! We met Rod Halleck when he and Bill Bailey were attempting to open a location in Laughlin NV. Rod was doing the marketing for Beachcombers, Mr. Bailey sent Rod Halleck out to put together a plan with my husband Bruce. A couple weeks later, Rod and Bill had a falling out and Rod was either fired or quit working for Bill Bailey.

The whole Laughlin prospect was canceled. Rod and his wife Christine decided to try to open their own travel club, Fun Tours was born. After failing with two other sales director's, Rod contacted Bruce and asked him to come help with the sales and marketing. At the time Bruce was a working as a manager in Las Vegas. We were in no way homeless or broke, we lived in a BEAUTIFUL 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, 3,800sqf home, and of course we have the lease to prove this. We spent over $500 (which, for the record, was not reimbursed) just on the rental of the moving truck to move from Las Vegas to Lake Havasu AZ. Rod's business was terribly understaffed and was failing miserably, so Bruce worked for Fun Tours doing phone marketing during the day and sales/podiums at night. 12 to 16 hour days!

I was hired to pass out printed fliers to people around town. Everyone who knows Bruce and his credentials knows he's way to over qualified to hand out fliers. That's just hilarious! That was my job. Rod had ridiculous British outfits made for my children to wear as they place fliers on vehicles in parking lots. The first set of fliers Rod took back because he received complaints from the restaurant and the casino that he was giving gift cards to because he printed their company logo's and pictures on the fliers, he had no permission to.

There was a two week gap while waiting for the new fliers to arrive. On the second set, he decided to give Walmart gift cards, Walmart then found out and were upset about it. They contacted the police because as everyone knows, Walmart doesn't take too kindly to solicitation, unless they gave permission. The officer asked if I had a license for solicitation, I did not, nor did the company. He informed me that in the city of Lake Havasu, there is no solicitation license that the company can obtain because there is a city ordinance against the type of solicitation we were doing, the only license that we could apply for would be a door to door, and there are limited amounts granted due to the fact that there are many elderly people in Lake Havasu that get scared by a unknown person at the door.

I was not about to get a ticket/arrested because Rod Halleck did not have the proper licenses. This is all easily proved. I have copies of the ever changing fliers, a warning from the officer, MANY, MANY witnesses who took pictures of me and the kids while dressed in British garb handing out fliers at the London Bridge, some of the same people who we got to sign up to take a tour with Fun Tours also sat with my husband for the presentation, also proving that Bruce never handed out fliers but was in fact a salesman. I have 3 separate families who have agreed to testify if need be, along with a long paper trail of evidence, I hope Mr. Halleck is prepared to call all of these people liars too.

Bruce did have an accident in Mr. Hallecks 27' personal Tioga RV. I guess they are claiming it as a company vehicle to screw the tax man. Rod Halleck had no insurance on the RV which is why he never called the police to file a police report on this matter. Bruce fixed all the damage and it was returned to Rod in better condition than it was originally. We have before and after pictures to prove this. Mr. Halleck is owed nothing for this because it was repaired.

Before going any further, I'd like to say I am so very happy that Mr. Halleck finally put his name to one of these slanderous reports he and his wife have been writing because now I am going to sue him for slander, I had no real proof that it was him and could do nothing, until now! He says he's only posted once, but all these fake names say the same lies about us and are identical to the one he admitted to writing.

Bruce is not wanted in Las Vegas. Detective Owens, from the LVPD needed a statement from Bruce. Bruce and another individual opened a business together in LV, they butted heads, Bruce was bought out of his share. Mr. Halleck fails to include the fact that Bruce was part owner, not just an employee for the company. And again, we have the business license's to prove this. The business was burglarized and they believe it was an inside job having to do with our former business partner and/or others he hired, Detective Owens is investigating and had some questions for us. End of story, there are no warrants in Las Vegas for Bruce and readers are more than welcomed to verify this, as it only holds more credibility to us and shows the lengths Mr. Halleck will go through to slander us.

You are darn right I picketed Fun Tours and I don't regret it. I recommend to everyone, if you work for a company and don't get your check, PICKET THEM. Me asking for the check that is owed is hardly "extortion" Rod is a very confused individual. On the second day of picketing, Mr. Halleck took a few pictures off the walls of his business and wrote "Christine is a crack smoking prostitute" along with other immature comments, and stood on the sidewalk next to me and my children as we picketed.

The other business owners that rent office space where Fun Tours is located were 100% on my side and rooted for us, even calling the local news crew. When they observed Mr. Halleck holding such signs and subjecting their customers to that type of language, they were furious and called the police (this wasn't the first time the police were there, they were there constantly, but I was within my legal right to picket for funds OWED TO US) When the Halleck's and their employee's saw the police coming up the road, they ran like the cowards that they are, back into the office. The officer demanded to see the signs they had written, wrote it down in a report and ordered them not to do it again. This is all easily verified as there are police reports. And I have a photo of Mr. Halleck standing next to me hold the sign, which I should submit to ripoffreports too! My son took it with his cell phone.

We left town because the only reason we moved there was to work for Fun Tours, a job that won't pay, no reason to stay. I don't work for free so that Mr. Halleck can get rich. We have 4 children to take care of. The threats and harassment were becoming unbearable, it became too dangerous to continue picketing. I obtained a restraining order against Rod and Christine Halleck, I have submitted copies to ripoffreport and they should be posted along with this. The Hallecks were served with the restraining orders, they are still in effect, and are enforceable NATIONWIDE!

What the Halleck's did after I left, I don't know, but if they attempted to get a retraining order after I got mine, we were never served with the paperwork, therefor it cannot be enforced. Once the order has been served on the person, the copies are mailed to you so that you have proof! But only after they are served! Which is probably why the Halleck's didn't know that I would have the copies of the restraining order that disprove their comments on how there isn't a order against them.

I just ask that everyone read Rod and Christine Hallecks posts, (most under fictitious names), along with slandering us, they swear that there never was any restraining orders granted against them, they are liars and my court ordered paperwork shows they are. But that's just the beginning of all the factual evidence we hold.

As for the bowling alley incident, I was the one arrested. It has nothing to do with a drunken brawl as Mr. Halleck so ignorantly stated. In fact my husband Bruce does not drink. My 6 year old was not strong enough to roll the ball all the way down the alley and the ball would sometimes come to a complete stop. So one of my other children would roll another ball down to push it out of the way. It happened 2 times, the last being as we were getting ready to leave. A very young and cocky security guard (His uncle owns the security company) got in front of us as we were leaving and started screaming at us, telling us we need to come get someone to retrieve the ball, not roll another down to knock it out of the way, that he warned us earlier that night, that my son was banned from the alley and he needed his information, then he attempted to put handcuffs on my minor child, when I stepped in between them and asked him what the hell he was doing, he shoved me and I shoved him back. For this, I was arrested for the lowest count of assault, I pled guilty because I did shove the guy, and when it comes to my children, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine. Mr. Halleck is lying again when he says Bruce asked him for $2,000 to get me out, what Bruce asked for was my check for the week which was around $1,800 so that he could bail me out, which Rod finally gave to Bruce on a Tuesday (the day I was released) when payday was that past Friday. He ALWAYS gave us crap about giving us our checks! Of course we have the proof of this too as it was a check, checks are dated, and we banked with the same bank!


As for Billy Wannyn and his wife, I have never, nor will I ever post anything slanderous against him, he does not have any control over Rod Halleck, Christine Halleck, or the way they run their business. I posted that Fun Tours has moved to St. George Utah. We already know Billy works for Rod, how that is slander I don't know. If you don't want people to know you've packed up and moved to another town to rip people off, don't put it in your company web site www.ilovefuntours.com! Anyway, Billy called my husband upset about a post on here so I logged on to see what was written and found that nonsense written about him and the horrible comments about his wife.

Billy Wannyn and his wife has never done anything to harm or hurt me or my family therefore I have no hard feelings for them. I feel sorry for them, because I know one day Rod Halleck will refuse to pay him too. I don't post rants like the ones listed and written by the Halleck's. Anything I write I write in honesty and not without proof to back it up! Rod has told me, Bruce, 2 of my minor children, and a few other employees that Billy was a crack head, he also wrote that I was a crack head on a sign when I was picketing, so it just seemed logical that Rod or his crazy wife wrote the slander about Billy since they call EVERYONE crack heads! Rod is just trying to get Billy mad, thinking we post this crap about him which is not true. Rod needs to read his own wife's comments, now that's an unstable individual.

Rod says that anything ever written, past and future, will always be from us. Then it would be a little hard to explain who wrote this, taken from a post above, as it was done before we even knew them! As you will see the writer also says that the Halleck's resorted to slanderous comments and complaints! This is the way they operate!

"Honest" is actually Rod and Christine Halleck that own and operate RGH Enterprises. The same RGH Enterprises that runs a telemarketing room that has called these very same customers to come to a presentation, many of whom felt misrepresented by RGH's telemarketers. Rod Halleck was a partner in the Beachcombers transactions. He was fired from his position with Beachcombers Vacations after it was discovered that he was violating the "Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call List" with Beachcombers. A clause in his contract with Beachcombers allowed for penalties for misrepersentation and violations of the DNC. When such penalties were put into effect they resorted to slanderous comments and e-mails about Beachcombers Vacations and Castaways Vacations including erroneous contact information on both companies. If anyone has been called by RGH Enterprises and you are on the National Do Not Call List, please call your local authorities to stop this from happening. They are currently being investigated by the Federal Trade Commissions. Companies like RGH Enterprises are what give other companies a bad name.

My name is Christine xxxx , I have submitted proof that there ARE restraining orders against the Hallecks. If need be, I will submit other documents to disprove any other allegations. The Halleck's are liars, cheats, and thieves. I have filed with the labor board, but if you've ever had the misfortune of filing with them, you know it take MONTHS to resolve, and even when they (Hallecks) are ordered to pay what is owed to me they can still appeal it, I'll probably never get what I am owed but at this point it's not about the money, it's the principal. I'll have my day(s) in court against them. I will be adding another law suit against Mr. Halleck now that he has placed his name to this slander against us, that was extremely stupid on his part, he should have kept them under fake names. Mr. Halleck should really think before he write these type of lies about someone! Especially when he know's d**n well they are false and that they could easily be discredited. I suppose he didn't count on me submitting documents! In essence, what he just did was prove to everyone that he is a huge liar. So really, you've screwed yourself!

The Hallecks are no longer running their Travel Club (Fun Tours RGH Enterprise) in Lake Havasu City AZ. They have moved their scam to St. George Utah. They will rape and pillage the residents of St. George and then move on to another area. That's just the way it is. They have a history of doing this. It is my hope that one day they will get shut down for good. As you can see they have plastered my name, as well as my husbands good name all over the internet spreading false accusations, WHICH IS JUST ANOTHER BLOW TO US ON TOP OF GETTING GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THEM! But just the fact that I have submitted evidence to prove they lied about not having a restraining order against them and that they have moved their scamming business to another state already, is enough to show everyone their true colors. My husband has been in the timeshare business for over a decade and there has NEVER been, not one, complaint against him until these false reports written by the Halleck's. I hope I have shed some light in this matter and cleared up some of the nonsense they have been saying. Personal attacks on an individual should not be allowed to be posted just because their company has complaints. The Halleck's have a lot more enemies than they think and they are rather vain to believe I am behind all the posts, including the ones posted about them back in 2006, before I even knew them! But until they are shut down permently the complaints will continue to come in from people getting ripped off by them. The way they are behaving is outrageous, and their business practices are run in the same manner. It's a shame........

I agree with Mr. Halleck's warning to other business owners, this can happen to you too..... if you don't pay your employees you will have problems! That's just obvious knowledge. And if you post lies and slander against the employees you ripped off, your problems will only get larger! I will post again when I get this resolved to let everyone know how it turns out. I have mounds of evidence and witnesses galore, but most importantly, I AM TELLING THE TRUTH, and truth always prevails!

This is my first & only response to the slanderous and libelous posts that have appeared on this site concerning myself, my wife Christine, Billy Wannyn and his wife, Angie. First it is important to understand anyone can sign any name and post anything about anybody on this site. Nothing is verified. Knowing this.. Honest business people can easily fall prey to ex partners trying to manipulate them and disgruntled employee's hoping to be able to extort monies from them to stop the public slander.

Fellow business people here are what happened to us and be careful, it can happen to you. Mr. Bruce Alexander and his wife, along with their children came to Lake Havasu broke and homeless but with a resume of OPC work and sad story that mad us feel sorry for them. Bruce Alexander was hired as an independent contractor to pass out advertising flyers.

What took place within 45 days? Bruce Alexander wrecked the company vehicle, he & his wife Christine were arrested for a drunken brawl at the local bowling alley, he went berserk when I would not give him $2000 to get his wife out of jail and inquires were coming from the Las Vegas Crimes Unit from Detective Owen investigating Mr. Bruce Alexander for robbery of the last Travel Club he worked for.

Needless to say trying to maintain a professional appearance in a small town was not very high on Bruce nor do Christine Alexanders list of things to do. After firing Bruce he threatened to ruin my company if I did not give him money. I refused and he , his wife and children picketed our business and held sheets between the kids that said Fun Tours is a scam, Travel To Go is a scam etc., etc.

My wife and I filed restraining orders on the Alexander's and Bruce had to leave town because he wrecked another car and now has an arrest warrant out for hit and run. Though Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine are gone they continue to harass my company, my wife and employees through this site.

As you read the lies that Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine Alexander tell about our company and about us, be careful who you hire. This man, Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine are unstable as you can see for yourself in their writings. It could happen to you. As honest business people we need to stick together and not allow our companies to be extorted by such individuals.

The final straw that made me respond today was the attack on not only myself, but on Billy Wannyn and his wife, Angie on a personal level, and then 2 hours later posting another lie from another fake name saying my wife wrote it. Not only it's not believable, makes no sense, it's to the point of ridiculous! It is a vile thing to stoop to the level of slandering someone's wife.

Christine Halleck and Angie Wannyn are great moms as well as wives and it is criminal to attack them in such a manner on this site, or anywhere else.. Billy Wannyn depends on his reputation to be able to support his family. Bruce and Christine Alexander have attacked Billy Wannyn on this site because they are jealous of Billy's association with me and the company. They want to hurt whomever they can to try to get at me.

Ask yourself? If Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine actually had a legitimate complaint, would you think they would use this forum? I know I wouldn't nor would any other legitimate sane business person. No matter how many of these complaints are written or signed by whomever they are all done by Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine Alexander.

In closing this response may mean nothing to the Alexanders but it isn't written with them in mind, it's written for all my business brothers and sisters out there. It's a caution to beware, this could happen to you.

There is no merrit to what is be stated about my self Billy Wannyn

Billy Wannyn is an employee of Fun Tours, but the other accusations are erroneous. It is really unbelievable that people can print statements about others that are not true! Why would you want to destroy someones reputation under false pretenses.

If you are going to make accusations - please make sure they are true - this is peoples lives and jobs you are messing with. The internet is not a toy to be used by people who have nothing better to do than try and destroy other peoples lives!

If this website has any integrity they will quit printing statements before investigating the truth behind them! There are families that are being affected by all of this - not just businesses! Leave personal statements about individuals integrity out of the mix - people are using the internet to be vicious and cruel! Somebody needs to grow up and get a life!

Rod Halleck and his wife Christine are selling memberships through all THESE companies and Billy Wannyn has been helping them sell them all along and they're still doing it. Billy spent six years in a Tennessee penitentiary on drug charges and Rod Halleck has served several years for drug and gun smuggling. Rod's businesses are financed with Eastern European money. He's been in violation of Do Not Call rules and has accumulated several complaints from all over the US for his sales practices. I dont really pay attention to who sells what to me. I care about how the gadget performs once I get it home. I havent had any problems with my membership. The agents are nice and pay attention to what you ask for, if you dont like what they offer you they keep looking, if you don't like the price (havent run into that problem yet) then you dont have to take it. if something changes like a date or whos going you just call and let them know. Someone else can use your membership but I had to call the agents and give them the ok first. I didnt have to worry about somebody using my name unless I knew about it. My trips have been both short and long, simple and complicated. No problems. Thanks guys. Youve helped me free up some time to enjoy things.

Suppose you did have a valid complaint. The BBB can't help you with anything. They're not even considered credible or effective by a lot of Rip Off Report contributor standards. Sorry, just reiterating what is on this site and from personal experience. They don't even have the information you need to make an informed decision on ANY company. They cannot enforce anything. They are not a government agency.

Why don't you just send copies of everything you signed to somebody besides the BBB and see what they tell you after its reviewed? Heck, send copies to the BBB too, if that makes you feel better about the circumstances.

If everything was on the contract for you to read before you executed the signature line, then what are you complaining about? Restocking fees are to be revealed up front, as are 3 day cancel procedures. If it wasn't door-to-door or the sale was not consummated over the phone, I believe in the State of Texas (could be wrong, but don't think so)the 3-day rule is as courtesy only and normally doesn't apply (per FTC website). Please let me know if I am wrong.

"Honest" is actually Rod and Christine Halleck that own and operate RGH Enterprises. The same RGH Enterprises that runs a telemarketing room that has called these very same customers to come to a presentation, many of whom felt misrepresented by RGH's telemarketers. Rod Halleck was a partner in the Beachcombers transactions. He was fired from his position with Beachcombers Vacations after it was discovered that he was violating the "Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call List" with Beachcombers. A clause in his contract with Beachcombers allowed for penalties for misrepersentation and violations of the DNC. When such penalties were put into effect they resorted to slanderous comments and e-mails about Beachcombers Vacations and Castaways Vacations including erroneous contact information on both companies. If anyone has been called by RGH Enterprises and you are on the National Do Not Call List, please call your local authorities to stop this from happening. They are currently being investigated by the Federal Trade Commissions. Companies like RGH Enterprises are what give other companies a bad name.

I've been a member of Castaways for a while now and I knew - being a businesswoman - that if I was signing a contract WHICH IS A BINDING DOCUMENT then I'd better read it FIRST before I signed it. I did sign it, then I tried to cancel, but Castaways took the time to tell me how to use the membership and it works.

I have recouped my membership price by getting actual checks from them for what would've been my agents' commissions after I got back from my trips! I'm glad I didn't cancel. I'm taking great trips with my membership and my friends go with me too. I get money back after I go, even if its a business trip. They didn't take anything from me, they are giving me money back on my trips. I could take my church group on a cruise if I wanted to and all I have to do is call the phone number and tell them what I want. With my schedule its more than paid for itself.
