The sisters had an investment meeting on August 8, 2008 and invited several investors to invest $100,000 per unit into this Monkey Scam venture.
They took $30,000 from one investor and spent all the money and they took another $20,000 from another investor and now one of the sisters filed bankruptcy.
There might be more investor involved...
The investment is for the Bed and Breakfast expansion and fully develop into a
winery. They were planning to acquire another adjoining vacant land, stating that the County Supervisor gave them a Fast Track permit review and they will be able to get the permit to do wedding reception, wine tasting room, cafe and deli etc at the facility.
They spent all the money, they did not acquire another land. They claimed the investment was for the LLC which non of the assets that they owned will be part of the investment that the investor put in.
Later on the sisters stated that the money will be returned to us when they sell their Bed and Breakfast.... It is listed for $3,999,000 and now $2,999,000 BUT What the good is that for????
The Bed and Breakfast building is in PreForeclosure...
