Castle Resorts International Castle Resorts timeshare fraud Ripoff Orlando Florida

I signed a contract with Castle Resorts for the purpose of marketing my timeshare property for sale on 12/29/06 and my credit card was charged $1,066.79. The contract guarantees a 100% refund if they can not obtain any offers by 180 days. Very simply put, the 6 months were up and I had no offers. I mailed, via US mail, and faxed a request for a refund to Castle Resorts on 6/14/07. I am an Air Force Reservist and I was being deployed to Iraq on 6/22/07 and I wanted this matter resolved before I left. On 6/16/07 I was lucky to contact Rebecca at customer service (lucky because they never answer their phones!!!) and she advised that she had seen the request and that she was pretty sure that it was being processed. I was not satisfied with that so I called several times between 6/18-6/21 and nobody answered the phones. I left several messages and, of course, nobody called me back. I returned from Iraq on 8/13/07 and my credit card was never refunded. I have called Castle Resorts repeatedly since then with fruitless results. I want my money back......Help please!!!!!
