Castle Resorts International ripoff and dishonest Orlando Florida

In early November I was contacted by Angela from Castle Resorts International wanting to rent out my timeshare. I asked her how she got my information and she said that it was found it in the public records at the court house. I told her that I wanted to sell it instead of rent it, she said that she would list my property and could show it that weekend but it would cost $1674.00 to do the legal paper work and process my application.

Angela and her assistant called my home the next four days to say that she could show my property that weekend if I paid the fee. I borrowed the money, signed the contract stating that if my property did not sell I would be refunded my money. Win, win, situation, wrong. They drafted my account immediatly.

Two months went by and I never heard from Angela. I would call leaving messages trying to find out my status. Finally in January, a person called and said that my property should be coming up because it is first come first serve. It had never been showed or mentioned from what I gathered.

Another month went by and I never did hear anything from them. I e-mailed them stating that I wanted someone to call me, Finally Walter called and aplogized about no one calling me back and that I needed to check with Rebecca on the status of my property. I did get it touch with Rebecca and her computer was down and that I needed to call back in a hour. I have only talked to voice mails since that date.

I have faxed in 4 request for my money back, mailed in a letter and left 7 messages the first week of June. June 7, Walter would not call my work office but left a message at home that my money would be refunded on Monday. I have not received my refund or another phone call since.
