Michael Chavez AKA Michael Williams of Cat Remodeling AKA Cat Transport ordered products from our website. After he received the goods he initiated a chargeback. The claim was "unauthorized use".
We called Michael on his cell phone: 201-472-3675. He let us know it's a big misunderstanding and that he would clear it up with his credit card company. He even commented on the high quality of the products we sent him. He confirmed his verbal committment to us in email format to make us feel more comfortable.
Michael never removed the chargeback claim and his credit card company sided with him as he claimed it was an unauthorized use. This person is a criminal and I would not do business with him or any of his associated companies of which there seems to be quite a few names for them.

He is buyig auto parts off Amazon and returning bogus parts for refunds and keeping the original goods mailed to him. He has scammed many online retailers also and should be jailed.
