I purchased a spa cover from this company. The web site leads you to believe they are authentic Catalina Spa Covers. They are NOT!! This company is authorized by Catalina. Upon ordering I provided the Catalina model number and serial number that was found on my spa. It was correct. When the cover arrived it was too large. I contacted the merchant and told them the issue. They requested photos, work numbers, and measurements of the cover they sent. I provided all the information they asked. Then the merchant told me I had given them the wrong model number, and I really didn't have that model. Then they asked for photos of my spa. Then they asked for photos of the cover they sent on my spa. Rick Janus the president of this and many other shady business' told me that the cover being too big did not matter. It DOES! anyone that owns a spa knows just a tiny gap allows massive amounts of heat to escape and your heater runs nonstop causing energy usage and costs to soar. It matters a lot! I order a spa cover that was supposed to fit and fit snug. 

I contacted the Manufacturer of my Spa, Catalina Spas and asked them what the correct dimensions of my replacement spa cover should be according to my model and spa serial number. They confirmed what I already knew, the cover I received was too big. I then called the merchant and told them what Catalina had told me. He told me I was wrong and I had a different model. I was also told they would not be willing to anything to correct the issue. I was just screwed out of my money.

PLEASE, take my advice do NOT buy from this sleezy shady dishonest company! Rick Janus owners several business selling this type of product. Aha Marketing is the billing name, but web sites include aah-trampolines, spa covers.com,aah- cookies and this one. 

Aah Marketing has an "F" rating with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau. That is the very worst Rating possible. unfortunately I did not know this until it was too late.  They have many unsettled claims and obviously are a pretty shady business and care nothing about supplying a quality product to satisfied customers.
