I placed an order in October 2017, and then I noticed that my charge card was being charged $14.95 per month, every month. I called and asked what it was for and they said a VIP program, I told them I would NEVER pay for a program that I have only ordered from once. I demanded my money back and they hung up on me. What a scam and rip off.
