USA Signals Bas Bleu, Catalog Classics, Daedalus, Support Plus, Whatonearth, ACORN, Signals, Art & Artifact, Wireless Catalog, Universal Direct Brands Charged credit card for VIP catalog membership. Ohio

After making a purchase in December 2017 from one or more of the catalogs, I was entered without my awareness in USA Signals VIP Insider membership. I did not agree to or authorize such a membership or charges. I was charged $14.95 for four months for a total of $69.80. I have been ill and haven't been as diligent regarding charges to my credit card but I did recognize the Signals name and assumed I was being charged for a catalog order.

I have not received any materials on what benefits I could expect from USA Signals VIP Insider membership nor do I find any email informing me of such in my email history. This membership may be buried in some small print but it seems a very sleazy way of doing business and duping unsuspecting people who are attempting in good faith to do business with these catalog companies.

I have made a list of these companies and will in future make sure I do not do business with them in the event that I am again enrolled in, and charged, for a membership I have not knowlingly agreed to.
