I didn't see the other reports by people ripped off by this company before I made the mistake of doing business with them. I received a catalog just before Christmas and they had a coffee cup that I liked so I ordered one. That's it...one little coffee cup.

After entering my credit card information a screen appeared that said if I gave them my email address I would get free shipping. I did so and then a screen appears saying that I had now joined their "VIP" program for which I will be charged $14.95 a month for the rest of my life. I called them immediately and told them I don't want that "service" and even tried to cancel the order that I had just made 2 minutes earlier. No dice. They said they could neither cancel the service nor the order because it too soon. They said I would have to wait until I'm actually billed for the "service" and then call them. 

I then went to the internet and I saw several reports by people who were also ripped off by these fraudsters. As all crooks hope for, many of the people didn't realize they were being charged every month until many months went by. 

There is absolutely no warning whatsoever that this "VIP" service (costing you $14.95 a month) is being added until after you click on the "free" shipping button. We all know what they are hoping for, that you don't notice the charge until months later (if ever) and meanwhile they steal almost $180 a year, for which, if you ever happen to order anything else from them, they will ship it without charging you....wow, what a great deal...pay $180 a year in case you buy another coffee cup!
