Caterpillar Corporate Headquarters Absolut rippoff by Catrepillar Peoria Illinois

 In August of 2013 one my trucks blew up it's turbo charger so i went to the nearest caterpillar dealer, which is located in piscataway, NJ, and bought a new one. After installed it ran les then 100 miles and blew up also. I took back to the mentioned dealer and compailned about but was told that because the turbo wasn't instaled there I had to buy another one and wait for the reimbursement from the warranty. After waiting over a month without an answer i went back there to find out what going on and was told that Catrepillar would not honor the claim because the turbo was good. I explained to them that, as they saw. the turbo was leaking oil into the intercooler and , of course,was deffective.They, then, told me to call Caterpillar directlly because they could not do anything about it. My son, than, called Cat just to hear in a very rude manner that they would not refund us for the bad they they sold us. Talking to my mechanic he told me that this is standard Caterpillar way of doing business. In the meantime I got ripped off of $1547.31 and it's not right that these bullies do what ever they want and nobody stops them.
