CatfishSupply Co. Sold faulty phones and didnt replace within warranty period Beechgrove Tennessee

I bought a Motoroal Razr V3 cell phone from Catfish Supply Co through ebay from my wife's account and got an old faulty phone instead of a new one. After few months I sent back the phone to get replaced (It was completely dead in few months after giving me few other problems which I could tolerate temporarily) The phone that I got was an old one(I called teh manufacturere and they confirmed it was an old one) So they fraud me by selling a old phone and later on by not replacing that within warrant time. The seller info listed is like this,

Afetr I called fisrt few times they acted nicely, asked me to UPS and promised that they would repalce it in no time. But later on the seller was putting blame to some other company which seems to supply CAtfish Supply Co. He stopped responding to mails .... As a buyer I only am supposed to know the seller whose name is listed as above. Surprisingly I see they have played the same trick to many other people. Sharing my experince here so at least more people can avoid the fraud made by Catfish Supply Co.
